_____ Drafting Compass (metal "bow compass" with a screw-wheel adjustment) No plastic ones please!
_____ Ruler with metric and English measures (included on some protractors) _____ Blank Paper for constructions
_____ Graph Paper (under 50 sheets will be used)
_____ Binder or pocket folders with brads (we will have handouts)
_____ Notebook or Notebook paper (college ruled) for homework and notes
_____ Calculator *** Students will need a scientific calculator with a multi-line display. My preference is the TI-30Xii series. It keys in similar to a graphing calculator--but costs under $20. If the student already owns a graphing calculator they may use it--but we will not be using any of the graphing features in this course.
